Need your home cleaned before or after an event? Has the state of your home just gotten beyond you,  and you need a reset before you can get back to routine maintenance? Then a one time visit may be for you. 

* One time clean interchangeable with first time clean if deep cleaning is not required or requested

My maintenance services are the standard clean for every visit, and my standards are high! Whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, your visit includes:

-Ceiling to floor dusting (moulding, baseboards)

-Dusting of light fixtures, pictures, windowsills, pictures, decor, and furniture

-Spot wiping interior windows as needed (exterior of glass doors will be cleaned as needed)

-Cleaning of stovetops

-Cleaning interior and exterior of microwave and toaster

-Wipe down of all kitchen appliances

-Cleaning of kitchen sink*

-Cleaning of all kitchen counters (beneath and behind items, not around) **

-Spot cleaning exterior of cabinets and cupboards

-Wiping clean any kitchen furniture as needed (tables, chairs, etc)

-Cleaning of bathroom showers and tubs

-Cleaning of toilets, inside, outside, and around

-Cleaning of bathroom sinks, vanities and mirrors

-Garbage removal ***

-Vacuuming and mopping of floors

​* Exception when sink is full and washing dishes is not agreed to in advance

** Exception when excessive clutter is present

*** When more than 1/4 full

This service is perfect for those on a tight budget, or for those who don't need/want standard services. This is also a good option for those with very large home. An example of an hourly clean would be to pay for 2 hours of cleaning services, with cleaning of the kitchen sink and counters, bathrooms sinks and toilets, and cleaning of all floors listed as priority. Your cleaner will then complete as many items on the list as possible within the two hour time frame.

This service specifies and includes any add-ons to your current services or can be purchased exclusively. Services offered include:

- Laundry (wash, dry, fold)

- Cleaning inside of refrigerator/freezer

- Tidying

- Changing sheets/making beds

- Washing dishes

- Organizing

This cleaning package offers everything in the maintenance package, plus:

- Hand wiping baseboards

- Hand wiping light fixtures, wall hangings, and furniture

- Hand wiping window sills

- Cleaning insides of cabinets/drawers (must be emptied prior to clean)

- Cleaning inside of stove/oven

- Moving furniture to fully vacuum/mop

- Vacuuming beneath and between couch cushions

- Cleaning interior windows (within reach)

- Detailed Hand dusting of "busy" shelves and items on shelves
